Terms of Use

These terms set out what you may and may not do with the content published on nestcub.com, and how to send us a copyright notice. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership

All original content on this site — including articles, buying guides, reviews, comparison tables, the compilation and arrangement of specification data, headings, layout, custom styling and original graphics — is owned by Nest Cub and protected by United States and international copyright law. The selection, structuring and presentation of publicly available specification data is itself protected as a compilation, even where individual figures originate with a manufacturer.

2. What you may do

• Read, print and save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Share a link to any page, anywhere, without asking us.
• Quote a short extract — a sentence or two — in an article, forum post or review, provided you credit Nest Cub and link to the original page.
• Reference a figure from one of our tables in a discussion, provided you attribute it and do not reproduce the table itself.

3. What you may not do

• Republish, syndicate or mirror our articles, in whole or in substantial part, on any other site, newsletter, app or printed publication.
• Reproduce our comparison tables or specification compilations, in original or lightly reworded form, on another site.
• Use any content for a commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise extract content by automated means, including for the training of machine learning or generative AI systems, without our prior written permission.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, attribution or disclosure on our pages.
• Frame, hotlink or embed our pages or images in a way that presents them as your own.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, interfere with its operation, or introduce malicious code.
• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Permission requests

Requests to republish, translate, syndicate or license content should be sent to legal@nestcub.com with details of what you want to use, where it will appear and for how long. Permission is not unreasonable to obtain, but it must be obtained in writing before publication.

5. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@nestcub.com containing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The URL of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, specific enough for us to locate it.
4. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices within five business days and will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a properly made notice.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, including your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

We terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.

6. Enforcement

We monitor for unauthorised reproduction of our work and will pursue removal through the host, the search engine index or the courts where necessary. Breach of these terms ends your permission to use the site immediately.
