Corrections, product suggestions, partnership enquiries and legal notices — and what we cannot help with.
Site & legal pages
Nest Cub is a research-based publication, not a retailer. We do not sell, ship, stock or service any of the products we write about. The fastest route to an answer depends on what you need — the table below sends you to the right place.
Where to write
| What you need | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| A correction to a published specification | hello@nestcub.com |
| A product or topic suggestion | hello@nestcub.com |
| Partnership, sponsorship or advertising enquiry | hello@nestcub.com |
| Contributing or guest writing | hello@nestcub.com |
| Copyright, DMCA or other legal notice | legal@nestcub.com |
| Privacy request or data deletion | hello@nestcub.com |
We read every message and aim to reply within two to three business days. Legal notices sent to legal@nestcub.com are handled on the timeline set out in our Terms of Use.
Corrections are welcome
Manufacturers revise specifications without notice, and models are often changed mid-production while keeping the same name. If a figure on this site no longer matches the current documentation, send us the product and the page and we will check it against the source. Corrections are the most useful message we receive, and we act on them quickly.
What we cannot help with
- Medical or developmental advice. We publish product-safety information, not clinical guidance. Questions about your child’s health, development, sleep or feeding belong with your paediatrician or midwife.
- Orders, delivery, returns or warranty claims. We are not the seller. Contact the retailer you bought from or the manufacturer directly.
- Assembly troubleshooting for a specific unit. The manufacturer’s support line has the parts diagram and the replacement hardware; we do not.
- Individual car seat installation sign-off. A hands-on check should come from a Child Passenger Safety Technician, not from a web page.
If a product may be unsafe right now
Stop using it. Contact the manufacturer, and check current recall notices with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at cpsc.gov, or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration at nhtsa.gov for car seats. Do not wait for a reply from us — we are a publication and cannot act on a safety incident on your behalf.
